Today has been a tough day, everyone was a crying mess (lots of fun). So what did Mommy do to mKe herself feel better? Bake some cookies that “help” with lactation. Whether they do or not is up for debate, but they taste great and everyone in the family will eat them. Plus while trying to lose some weight, I can say they are healthy and helping me produce milk!
Here is the recipie I used this time, I used 4tbsp of Brewers yeast (the most I find you can use without having bitter cookies).
